Trinity Bible Church
Worshiping at Trinity Bible Church of Ottawa is an exciting and energetic journey demonstrating our love for Christ in Worship. We are thankful to God for his presence and unified leadership through Pastor Shawn's service and leadership in Worship. Amen!
With three permanent bands lead by Linda Cudmore, and Glenda Mosher, the band structure with weekly practices has grown the music ministry significantly at TBCO. The music is exciting and is continually drawing new faces, voices and instrumental talents to the platform. Trinity has also been blessed by the music of The Road to Damascus under the band leadership of Brian Wells.
The enhanced music ministry has meant focused attention on our equipment with many pieces replaced over the last year and new pieces purchased including electronic drums, a new 40 channel mixer a lighting mixer, wireless microphones, a dedicated computer and a new high-powered projector. This work could not have been completed if it were not for Craig Cudmore, Frank Hallam, Louis Vincent, Eldon Lockhart and Terry McLaughlin. God bless their gifts and talents.
Frank Hallam and Eldon Lockhart have been instrumental in growing sound technician and visual presentation teams. Sound technicians have been working with each band including participating in practices to ensure Worship is an awesome experience. The visual presentations are now prepared by Jenna Bateman facilitating easy of operation on Sunday Mornings.
Two communion styles are offered on alternating months. Following a discussion with interested members, it was determined that two distinct communion approaches with dedicated teachings best reflected the sacramental and importance of Communion for TBCO. Communion preparation has been led by Betty Bunting, Lynda Derby and Joey Killeen.
