Now Is The Hour!

As we begin a New Year, I am wondering what direction your will be facing? Are you ready to move forward wherever our Lord may lead? Will we be busy in the “right” things or, just busy? Are you looking back over 2011 with joy or regret? Are you looking to the future with anticipation or with dread?

Justification by Faith

In Romans 4, a passage found in the New Testament, we find a fascinating reference to Abraham, a key figure from the Old Testament. Why is the story of Abraham sitting in the middle of the New Testament? Isn’t he simply the “Father of the nation of Israel” and significant for the Old Testament? What does he have to do with the New Testament? What does Abraham have to do with you and I? Paul tells us in Romans 4 that Abraham is not only the “Father of the nation of Israel” but, also the father of all who believe.
