SHAPE Series - Week 3 Folowing Your Heart

Our next teaching in our series “Shape”, which is called “h” and stands for heart. “h” stands for those Godly desires and passions that make your liver quiver. “ It is God who produces in you the desires and actions that please Him.” Phil. 2:13 (GW) .” God made you to be you. He doesn’t want you to be interested in stuff other people are interested in. He wants you interested in the stuff He made you to be interested in.

SHAPE Series Week 2 - Unwrapping your Spiritual Gifts

It has been suggested that we all live out our lives in one of three zones. One zone is the panic zone. At the other end of the spectrum is the “drone” zone. Between those extremes is what is called the C zone. The C stands for challenge and confidence and commitment and control and it’s where your gifts and abilities perfectly match the task that you have to do.

Why did Jesus have to die?

Good Friday: and, like many, we will be gathering at TBCO tomorrow. Can I ask you the most basic of questions? Here it is, “Why did Jesus have to die? Why couldn't Jesus do what everyone of us does every single day? Why couldn't Jesus simply look at the people who had offended him, had broken the rules, and just say, I forgive you?

Is Christianity Fair?

We Christians really are rather narrow in our belief system aren’t we. Take for instance the question of who gets to go to heaven. Christians believe that it isn’t the “good” who go to heaven but rather the forgiven.
