My Dear Friends,

This special edition of "Sunday's A Coming" is coming to you because, quite frankly, I am beside myself trying figure out how I can share with you, who I care so much about, the blessing that Sue and I received last night. I really want you to be blessed. What Sue and I experienced last night impacted us in a profound way. What happened?

Last night we watched the movie "Not A Fan". Before watching the movie I found myself wondering, will the acting be any good, will the story be worth hearing, will the directing be creative etc. The movie and more importantly, how God appears to speak to the listener through the movie, is incredible. Nobody, believer or seeker, can watch this movie and not be deeply impacted.

I don't know what plans you have for this Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 but I beg you to come to Trinity Bible Church and watch the movie "Not A Fan". Come and bring your neighbors and friends. If you have tickets to the game, play, movie, give them away and come. If you have dinner plans, eat earlier or fast and come. If your teenager has a practice tell the coach he/she can't make it because you have an important family outing that cannot take place at any other time. If you have young ones that need to go to bed early coordinate a sitter and come. Whatever your plans are for Friday night why not allow God to bless you as you watch the movie "Not A Fan"? You will not be the same.

Oh yea, am I a fan or a follower. I presently view myself as a fan who sometimes drifts into being a follower but needs better grounding.
