Guiding People Closer to Jesus

TRINITY BIBLE CHURCH
OF OTTAWA

There's No Place Like Hope

Trinity's Reopening Plan

Starting July 4 and throughout July and August we'll be holding outdoor services in our parking lot. We are thrilled we can finally worship and fellowship together with physical distancing in place. No need to sign up ahead of time; just come and bring a lawn chair (or tune into 105.7 FM on the car radio) as we exalt the God who hears our every prayer and song!

Rocky Railway VBS Update

We are in Week 1 of our Rocky Railway VBS and we are having an amazing time with some wonderful leaders! By God's grace we have been able to sing great songs, play interactive games and learn more about Paul and his journey this week. Please take some time to pray for us today (Thursday) as we share the gospel and anticipate God's work in the lives of the campers as some hear about Jesus' gift for the first time. We are filled with excitement as we see what God has in store for these campers this summer! Also - our Prayer Calendar for July is posted on the website with many prayer requests for VBS. Please check it out and be in prayer for our camps and staff.

Youth Campfire & BBQ | Saturday, July 17  | 6-9pm

We are excited about our upcoming campfire at the Church for all of our teenagers in Grades 6-12. This also includes any students who are going into Grade 6 this year! We are going to have some casual games, a campfire, and some delicious food as we connect this Saturday from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. We would love for you to join us and if you plan to attend please let Pastor Caleb (caleb@trinitybiblechurch.ca) know so that we can have enough food for you!

Introducing the Freelands!

We are excited to announce that Trinity will have two ministry interns joining our team this fall! Alex and Brittney Freeland are heading into their fourth and final year at New Brunswick Bible Institute, and as part of their studies, they have a church ministry placement. Alex and Brittney were just married this May, and they both grew up in Ontario. We look forward to getting to know them. Let's be praying for Alex and Brittney as they prepare to serve at Trinity.

On a logistical level, we are looking for a family in our church who would be willing to billet this wonderful couple during their time with us (mid September to early December, and mid January to mid April). This is an opportunity to be a blessing by hosting and encouraging them. For more information on what this would look like, please reach out to Pastor Matt (matt@trinitybiblechurch.ca).

Guest Worship Leader - Jono Hamer-Wilson

While we don't expect a didgeridoo to make an appearance, we are thankful that our Australian friend Jono is visiting to lead us in worship on the TBCO outback (otherwise known as the parking lot) this week! If you couldn't make it to last week's service, you can listen here, but the joy of singing and fellowshipping together cannot be beaten, so we hope to see you this Sunday! Feel free to join in singing by downloading the lyrics for this week's songs: 1. Trading My Sorrows, 2. You are My All in All, 3. Before the Throne of God Above

Sunday Services - Audio Recording
